Refund advance denied

I did my fiance's taxes with TurboTax and when it got to the end where you choose if you want the advance she said she wanted it so I chose the advance option. It told me that she was already pre-approved and then once everything was done a couple weeks later I sign in to check the progress and it says that she was denied for the advance. I feel like that's false advertisement kind of made me salty to be honest has anybody else had the same problem?
