Where in TurboTax are you seeing that reference code? What is the rest of the message? Is it related to Form 8960?

It was related to form 8606 , said can’t perform the calculation and this is stopping me from filing

What did you enter that requires a 8606?

It is automatically created when:

1) You make a new non-deductible Traditional IRA contribution.
2) You take a distribution from a IRA that has a after-tax "basis".
3) You make a conversion of a retirement account to a Roth IRA

Which one did you do?
