Hello, in my 2022 VA state tax return I claimed a refund of $219, however this year when i go back and check my bank account i am seeing two rebate payments from VA Tax dept, one is the $219 dollars I claimed which i received only a few days after i had filed my tax return last year, and another one in Nov worth $200. How should i be reporting this in my turbotax return?

What were the rebates for?
If they were just a refund of taxes withheld in the previous year, then you would only report them if you itemized your return last year instead of taking the standard deduction.
If so, the you will enter it by selecting
Note, if you took the standard deduction last year, this is not taxable income.
