Received a F2441-524 rejection code for dependent care expense

I received the F2441-524 rejection code for dependent care expense because the last name and social security number of the qualifying person does not match IRS records. I checked. The last name and social security is correct. Has anyone encountered this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

I assume you mean the dependent's tax indentifying information is correct. If so, you will need to mail your tax return in as the IRS is not able to process it electronically for some reason.
