Ready to file, but Turbo Tax says I have one problem to fix - Schedule E - Line 4 - Royalties. I have none, but they will not accept and allow me to file.

What error are you receiving or what is the exact message?

TurboTax informs me that I have one problem to fix before I can E-File my tax return. When I click 'fix the problem' they take me to Schedule E - Line 4 - Royalties where a zero exists (I have a rental home with no royalty income).

Even when I wipe out the zero on Line 4, leaving it blank, they will not allow me to E-File, continuing to say I have a problem.

It is very frustrating because I have filed with TurboTax for many years without facing this problem.

Thanks, Bill

You have multiple properties (schedule E worksheets) started in TurboTax.  Delete the Royalty Property from your return to remove the error on Schedule E.    Look for the Schedule E Wks related to the royalty property.  Don't delete your rental property.   In the example below, there are 2 rental properties and one erroneous royalty property that needs deleting.

You can search for rentals, then use the Jump to rentals link to be taken the summary page.
