Wrong Tax Return and Stimulus check

Filed a wrong tax return. I was J-1 student worker during 2019. Filed my taxes this year using form 1040 because I didn't know I had to use a different form than standard as TurboTax has an option to use your foreign address on the form. Received the standard deduction and stimulus payment as I was deemed qualifying per my taxes. Know I learn I'm not entitled to both the standard deduction and the stimulus payment. What should I do?

Hang onto the money so that you can return it later. 

File amended tax return Form 1040X  and the correct form 1040NR.    TurboTax cannot file 1040NR - we normally recommend SprinTax for this, but to correct the form with the amendment, you may wish to consult a professional preparer.
