If you owe money this year, I believe that there is a place in TurboTax to consent to have the money withdrawn from your bank account. You would have to consent to that before they can take it out. Once you consent, it may populate with your bank account information, or you can enter it. Much depends if you imported your 2018 TT return into your 2019 TT.
