Why when I click no I don't have 1095-a it switches back to Yes ?

I've already tried 3 times and I've looked under tools to delete form but there is no 1095-a or 8962 form to delete is this a glitch?

There is a known issue in TurboTax regarding this rejection code. You may use this link Why is Form 1095-A Reverting to "Yes" When I Select "No" to the Question, "Did you receive Form 1095... to sign up to be notified when the issue is resolved.
