Why was i charged 3 seperate times for efiling?

when efiling i was charged the 2.49% = 15.00

but error box came up and said try again....tried three times with resulting 3 withdrawals from my account....extremely frustrated....nothing said i would be charged extra.  As it is taxes still not filed because of error with card and over withdrawal balance..

I am not filing my state and still I was charged. 48.15.

@Wfietsam You have added on to someone else's thread.  It is not at all clear what your issue is.  You say you are not filing the state return.  We cannot see your tax return or access your account, so we do not know anything about the fees you are being charged for.  If you are using a paid version of the software then contact customer support for help to understand your fees.

No I printed my form because it wouldn't let me while it but it filed my federal.
