If you are using a computer, try connecting it directly to your router with an Ethernet cable. If you are using a phone, try disconnecting the wi-fi and finish using phone data.
And after doing all that, plus deleting cookies and cache, resetting the phone, deleting and reinstalling the app... then what? I’m having the same issue.
@MrDsiders which TurboTax product are you using? Desktop, Online or Downloaded?
