The state must first approve TT's version (programming) of the form.
I have the same issue. It just says "ready soon". You
can go ahead and file your Federal Return which I have done.
Then when the State is done with the forms then you file the State Return. Not a perfect solution though.
I had the same issue with NC state form D-400.
It just keeps telling me that it will be ready soon.
I was able to file the federal taxes side of it with no problem, but the state is still hung in limbo waiting on NC Auditors to approve TurboTax programming form.
