I had the same situation when doing my niece's taxes this year. You don't have to provide a copy of 1095-A form to the IRS. If it's asking if you have a 1095-A just click "no." It should go on to aske if you had healthcare coverage during 2020, then which months you had coverage, and so on. Just say "no" because you don't have a 1095-A and then use the 1095-C that you have to answer the healthcare coverage questions that follow.
