TurboTax never knows if, when, or how you paid your tax due. TurboTax only shows the result of the tax return you prepared using the software. If you had tax due, then that is what will always be shown in your online account. TurboTax does not get feedback from the IRS after you file or pay your tax due, so TT does not know if you paid.
