From what I can tell, Turbo Tax is being extremely proactive in making sure "you are who you are" this year. I have signed in various times in the past 3 days and it has asked for the code that was sent to me every single time. At first, I thought, "this is such an extra step." But, with all the computer fraud, hacking, etc., I am glad they take security very seriously. After all, the information I provide doing taxes online is just like opening up my wallet. There's a lot of sensitive information flying around on the internet. So, I would rather keep my wallet closed and padlocked even if it takes a bit more time to get into it.
