Why cant i pay using my bank account?

You can pay federal and state balance due with your bank account but not your Turbo Tax fees. In the FILE tab, there are 3 sections.

Step 1 pay Turbo Tax with a credit card

Step 2 pay state and federal taxes with a bank account
