Why can’t I e file?

Every time I try to fix what it says that is wrong it won’t let me. I’m stuck. How can I e-file?

@Msbutner291 We cannot see your screen or your tax return.  Are you getting an error message or is your tax return being rejected when you try to e-file?

If it is being rejected:

Some rejected returns can be fixed and re-filed.  Some have “un-fixable” reasons for the rejection and have to be mailed instead.
