When I imported trades from Interactive brokers, all options trades are imported as stock trades. If I change them to option trades, then no Box 1d to enter proceeds.

doesn't matter.  they are capital gains or losses that are reported on Form 8949.  on the form, no distinction is made between stock and option trades.  the only distinction is between long and short-term.
