When I finished e-filing I was given a form to send in to my state. This form disappeared when I tried to download it and now I can't find it. How do I find it?

This is a public forum and we do not have access to your account (we don't know or can't see the form that you are referring to). 

Follow the instructions below to get a copy of your return and mailing instructions if any 

• From the TurboTax home screen locate the left panel. Click on Tax Tools, then Print Center. (if you don't see the Tax tools menu right away, open any section of your return, for example your W-2 section, then try again to locate the left panel)
• click on Print, save or preview this year's return. The Filing Instructions page will be included.
