When I dialed 877-559-8824 and waited for 20 minutes, the TurboTax guy who finally called me could not give me an e-file confirmation No. for Cal state e-file. He said, "Just a minute" and then left me hearing music for 30 minutes!?!?!? jjj I GAVE UP!!!
