When efiling a tax return using TurboTax Home & Business download edition, I get the spinning wheel that doesn't stop during the "Preparing" stage. Any advice?

This is what the screen says:
"Reviewing" = Green checkmark
"Preparing" = Never ending spinning wheel
"Validating" = ...
"Transmitting" = ...

If it's TurboTax Home & Business online version, you can try to log out, clear cache and delete cookies. Then try logging back in and see if you are still having the same issue. Please let us know if this works.
