I don't think so. I bought it November 6 .. you know, when they said the software had been updated with all the latest changes.

It's now January 23rd and it's still NOT available!!
The 1099R is ready NOW. There was an update yesterday for the Online version and an update this morning for the Desktop program. I entered my 1099R sucessfully today. If you have the Desktop program do an update, go up to Online - Check for Updates.
If you are not seeing this on your account, clear cache and cookies on your web browser. If you are using the online version you may have to log out then back in.
