What to do If I don't have an employer's state ID number?

Box 15 has TX but TX doesn't have an ESID. I can't continue without it.

What to do If I don't have an employer's state ID number?

The IRS does not require the state's ID number. You may enter any random number/letter combination for the state ID. This will allow you to continue and not impact your return.
