Wanted to talk to a person but no place to put product.

Why does my Basic not let me go beyond the COVID question. After checking NO returning to the main page it does not add to the list and when I check Next it go back to the COVID question.

Is this the COVID question that you are referring to?  Or is it something else?  Please clarify.

 

 

If the problem persists, you may want to consider:

 

  • Clearing cache and cookies.  See this.  Or
  • Closing TurboTax and accessing the software from another browser.

Yes but it cleared during phone call when I restarted the app and it downloaded and upgrade.
