vanguard brokerage invalid signin

after entering the account # and document id, turbo tax skips over the vanguard login page thus i get invalid sign in. Please do not say to enter it manually, its above my pay grade AND being able to import is why i bought the software. did not have this problem last year

Are you using Turbo Tax Desktop, or Turbo Tax Online?

Turbo Tax for Windows PC.  Also using MS Edge and Firefox, It seems that after entering my account # and document # i should be directed to vanguards login page. that is not happening. thank you for any help you can provide
