Respectfully, the advice you shared was not helpful and in fact misdirects customers suffering the issue being discussed to try a solution approach non-congruent to the problem. In other words, it wastes your customers’ time and may cause more confusion :(

@tf35fc post was the fix for me.  Avast seems to be the issue
