Unable to enter amount - getting blue dot

Unable to enter amount for property taxes. Getting blue dot. Previously got it for other amounts but somehow got around it.

Where is the blue dot?  Does it show up when you enter information or does it hinder you from entering anything?  Are you getting an error message?

Please try the following steps to see if it will clear the issue:

• Log completely out of Turbo Tax.
• Then, clear your cache and cookies within your browser and completely close out of it.  I have included the Help Articles below if you need assistance with clearing cache or cookies.
• Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax and see if this fixes the situation.
  • You can also try a different browser as well, or "incognito mode".

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please reach back out here in the thread with the additional information requested, and someone will follow up with the next steps.

I have deleted my cookies and cache.  I also switched browers but still getting the blue dot.  Is it because Turbotax is accessing last years information?  I had the blue dot last year but was finally able to complete my taxes.

Where is the blue dot showing up for you? Also are you using Turbo Tax online or desktop? @redfax

Hi. The blue dot is on the box were I enter my income. I have reinstalled on multiple occasions but same issue. I bought the download version from Amazon. Can I use the online version instead?
