Re: Unable to add credit cards

I am unable to add my credit card in the 'Select your payment method' screen . I tried different credit and debit cards and always received this message.

Choosing PayPal option did not do anything either.

Please help.

Did you try selecting credit card instead of Paypal?

Yesterday I had trouble adding my credit card as well . But since then, I updated my address in turbotax and I was able to add my card now.

Yes, because if the address isn't updated, it won't work.

TurboTax is still forcing me to pay $40 service fee for TurboTax Max even though I am paying upfront with my credit card.
