Does anyone know how to fix the filing error TY25-HSA?

I have tried deleting the forms and filling them in again a couple of times with no success.

it might be your claiming emploment contributions to your HSA on box 12 w of w-2 showing up on line 9 of Form 8889 as personal contributions on line 2.
