Turbotax says "did you make money in any other states" what about tax refund received from out of state?

Turbotax says "did you make money in any other states"

i only received tax refund from california 1 year ago as i have moved away from ca to FL 2 years ago.

Received a 1099-G form sent to me from CA few months ago describing the refund i got last year.

So is it a yes or a no?

No, a tax refund is not money earned in another state. That is a refund of money you paid to the other state. You would answer "No" if that is the only money from another state.
