This year I am using turbotax Premier. Some of the questions it asks me are very complex and Im not sure what to put
1 is did you make nondeductible contribution and track it. If i did backdoor roth, do I click yes?

Yes, you will have to report the contribution for 2020 on your 2020 tax return. Please see How do I amend my 2020 return? If you contributed $6,000 for 2020 then your basis on line 14 on your 2020 Form 8606 would be $6,000.
