TurboTax 2022 license code entry accepts only 12 digitis windows 11

Hi

 

Software installed properly from CD but when I was instructed to enter the license code the box would only accept 12 of the 16 characters thus preventing program installation completion

 

I'd appreciate knowing a solution

are you typing in the dashes?  don't.

 

does that solve the problem?
