Turbo tax software errors

I thought I would qualify for the foreign earned income exclusion this year. However, after beginning the foreign earned income exclusion section I realized that I don't qualify this year. I followed the tutorial on going back to the foreign income section but I cannot go back to the initial question, "did you work abroad this year." So, I cannot turn off that flag. I need to make sure I undo this foreign earned income. Even when I went back to uncheck the boxes turbo tax does not record the changes. So when I go through the final check it brings up the issue as though I did not resolve it. I don't know what to do next. I already paid for this service so I cannot just clear and start all over. Can Turbo tax fix this problem for me?

Follow the instructions below to delete a form, and look for Form 2555.  Once you delete that, you should be good to go.
