Did you have your fees taken out of your tax return?
Try doing some reading before posting aAya
Just a warning: If you're using a bank account (not a card) for direct deposit, DO NOT USE "Pay With My Refund"! It's a ripoff. It costs $40 above and beyond the TurboTax fees, AND it looks like because they go through an intermediary (SBTPG), they may not send your actual bank account number to the IRS (hence, no stimulus direct deposit) despite what the return you view on TurboTax says. You're better off just paying the TurboTax fee on a CC.
I found what turbo sent out. All of it. They have instructions on how to get ALL info for TAXES. Shows how they took my fees out and which bank took them. They set up a temporary account to take fees out it was not sbtpg or whatever. Read my screen shot maybe it will shine some light. Thanks!
Civista Bank handle my fees.I should be a frickin turbo tax agent! Lol
@Mpitz thanks for that info. Is this using an app, or the online (web) version? My scenario is direct deposit to a bank account, not a card - so I'm not sure if it's the same.
Intuit isn't quite sure yet how they are going to profit from this stimulus deposit. The agreement they had with GreenDot included only one refund deposit. What we're waiting on is Intuit's discourse with GreenDot, not the IRS.
BTW: Just a theory..lol but you have to expect they're trying to squeeze out some profit. Moving money costs money
Desktop version. App locks up. I have an Android
I got an advance refund loan and on my contract it says my money will be sent to my routing number on my card and I had to sign an agreement that metabank could take their money out automatically when it’s received. So It doesn’t sound like my tax money went to their bank then to me. It sounds like it was sent to me and they took it out. I could be wrong but that’s how my agreement is reading.
We are still waiting for IRS guidance regarding updating or providing direct deposit information for the stimulus payments and how they will be distributed to these types of accounts. We will have more information once the government finalizes the details.
In the meantime, you can visit the following links for the most recent updates:

I have a Turbo Card and they deposited my stimulus right onto my card although I did receive an email saying it won't clear/post to the account for use until 4/15.
Hello,
Did you have any advances or fees taken out from your refund? Also, what day was that?
Unfortunately if you got an advance of any sort or you didn’t pay the fees the you’ll most likely be getting a paper check. @Mpitz
TurboTax is still waiting on guidance from the IRS to determine what types of financial accounts stimulus payments will be directly deposited into. Please view this IRS link and use the Get Your Payment application, available mid-April, to check the status of your stimulus payment and update your direct deposit information if necessary.
