To answer my own question, it seems that CDs just started shipping to TurboTax Advantage members Dec 10, 2019, not in Nov as one might expect.

To answer my own question, it seems that CDs just started shipping to TurboTax Advantage members Dec 10, 2019, not in Nov as one might expect.

Many advantage members got the CD's last month however it depends on when you updated your CC info ... late changers were sent out later.   You do know the free download has been out for a month already ...

 

If you ordered TurboTax on a CD, you can also get the downloadable version after it releases in early November. To access, sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account and select Downloads.

 

Go into your Advantage account and click the link so that the license code is copied to your clipboard… then scroll to the very bottom of the page.....you should see a comment that you can download your software by clicking THAT link  there.

To answer my own question, it seems that CDs just started shipping to TurboTax Advantage members Dec 10, 2019, not in Nov as one might expect.

Note I can't download with my advantage account despite all the instructions saying you can; I get the following message...  And haven't received my shipped order.  So that's a bummer...

Contact TurboTax support and speak directly with a TurboTax support agent concerning this situation.
