tax rates

Turbo tax calculated my tax on taxable income of $18516.  They say the tax is $1728.  When I looked at the tax table it shows my tax should be $1853.  What am I missing?  Or is turbo tax incorrect?

If you have qualified dividends or long term capital gains they are taxed differently than regular income.
