Stimulus payments and back child support

I need to verify how to answer a question in TT.  My first stimulus money went toward back child support.  Is this considered receiving it if it went to back child support? The question asks if I received both stimulus checks.  Should I answer yes or no to this question?

Yes, the question relates to whether a stimulus payment was issued to you, regardless of whether it came directly to you or was levied to a child support payment.
