No, you do NOT put a W-2G in the regular W-2 section.   Gambling winnings are in the section "Less common income", which is way down near the bottom of the main list of income categories.  Here's a fast way to get to the entry:

• With your return interview open, go to the left column menu and choose the tab TAX TOOLS.  (you may have to scroll the left menu to bring the Tax Tools tab into view; the lower part may be hidden behind the bottom menu.)  
• After clicking Tax Tools, then click subtab TOOLS.
• In the Tools Center click on TOPIC SEARCH.
• In the Topic Search line enter W-2G without quotes.
• Make the selection in the list and click GO.
• Next screen will say:  "Did you win money or other prizes in 2024?"
• If "yes", the screen after that will be "Did you receive a W-2G?"
• Keep answering until that topic is finished.
