Sale of a Vacant inherited acres

My niece is on disability insurance, she has inherited a vacant 5 acres that is worth $99k.  She wants to sell it, however, the proceeds will exceed the income limit she can receive on disability.  What options does she have to prevent this?

If your daughter has a case officer, then check if an installment sale- where proceeds are paid over a specified number of years, will satisfy income limitations. A title company can, for a fee, handle an installment sale.
