Remote Work in Michigan for a California Company

Am I supposed to pay California state income taxes if I live in Michigan (I always lived in Michigan and never been a California resident) and work remotely for a California based company (company is in Santa Barbara)?

 

The job requires travel to California for a few days every quarter.
