rejected efile for AGI

Hi,

I keep getting the same error

IND-032-04 - 'SpousePriorYearPIN' or 'SpousePriorYearAGIAmt' in the Return

I have enetred my IP pin for her pin also. but still got this error. 

i have 0 for AGI already.

any suggestions?

@yatish sharma   Try to get an iP pin for your spouse.   The IRS keeps rejecting your return and if getting an ip pin for your spouse doesn’t work, you can try calling the IRS or you would have to mail in your return.  I am keeping my fingers crossed for you that you can e-file.

got IP PIN for my spouse and resubmitted.

got following with the rejection:

IND-032-04 - 'SpousePriorYearPIN' or 'SpousePriorYearAGIAmt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database.

I don’t know why your keep getting rejected but the IRS would be the only one that knows.  Did you and your spouse file a joint return for 2021?  Or did your spouse file their own return in 2021? If your spouse filed their own return then try using the AGI from their return.  If nothing else works you would have to mail in your return.

You might want to call the IRS, they maybe able to tell you what the problem is.

  of 7 AM to 7 PM local time Monday to Friday.
• Select your language, pressing 1 for English or 2 for Spanish.
• Press 2 for questions about your personal income taxes.
• Press 1 for questions about a form already filed or a payment.
• Press 3 for all other questions.
• Press 2 for all other questions.
• Make no entry when queried for the SSN.
• Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
• Press 3 for all other questions.

Our 2021 tax return is back logged and hence got errors on AGI. I entered zero and Federal return is now accepted. Thanks to the forum discussions and suggestions.
