Hi, this is my first time filing as RDP? It keeps on showing when I do my return online that I need to download turbo tax CD. Am I gonna use this product to do my federal return as well as my partner’s federal return then our state tax. It also says up to 5 federal returns, is that for 5 different people federal return? How much to download this TurboTax CD?

Yes, with a TurboTax Desktop product, you will be able to do both you and your partner's tax returns (plus three others).

Follow up question, Which turbo tax cd/ desktop? It says there’s additional charge for e-file for state for basic but deluxe 1 state is included but additional fee for e-file? What does 1 additional state means?
