You can't cancel the payment if it went through. But you don't have to file your return right now. You can come and go, work on it more, and file when you're ready.
To sign out, go to the left menu column and near the bottom is a Sign Out link.

By the way, I see you are using Live Deluxe. So don't forget to get the included review of your return by a CPA/EA tax expert prior to filing, if desired. Live Deluxe is $120 for Federal and $55 for state (if applicable), and if you choose to pay the fees out of your Federal refund, there is an additional $40 service fee ($45 for California filers.)
