Purchased TurboTax Deluxe download yesterday and it will not download; tech support unable to resolv

I purchased TurboTax Deluxe for Mac download yesterday and it will not download.  Keeps looping back to Account Summary screen.  Tech Support (many calls and hours later) still cannot resolve.  Even though the specs on my operating system were within the limits, one tech insisted I upgrade to the latest High Sierra.  Same problem persists!!!!  Did anyone get a resolution?

no  - I have the same issue.  This is the 5th year I have used turbo tax and it's deductible and never had this issue before.  I am very dissastisfied given the time I wasted entering all my charitible donations into It's Deductible.

I'm having the same problem with 2017 Business software. I have purchased other packages over the years and they all download just fine, but not 2017 Business. I get this error message: Reference #132.3ebc3b[phone number removed].ca243ec. Support calls have a one-hour wait.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
