Problems filing state return

TT has accepted my federal return but will not submit my state return because it says I have entered my spouses first and last name incorrectly as well as their social security number... I have it entered correctly and still will not accept. Its a vicious cycle.

If you checked the name and Social Security number correctly, but your return still won't go through, the IRS might have wrong information.  

In that case, you’ll need to print and mail your return.

• Sign in to your TurboTax account, and select Fix my return.

• On the Fix Name/Social Security Mismatch screen, answer Yes and the program will guide you through printing and mailing your return.
