On NJ 1040 P2 Ln39 b and c I am asked to enter the block and lot and municipality code to correct and then turbo tax tells me no, it should be blank? I'm confused!

I am told my form needs to be corrected because those lines should be blank. And then I'm told that I need to correct the form because it needs the codes. Seems like a turbo tax bug.

On the NJ State Income tax, I keep getting an error to correct the block and lot number for my primary home.  They are both 2 digit numbers and they are correct.  I keep verifying that they are correct.  What am I doing wrong? Please help me.  Thank you very much.

TurboTax wants' you to check the "Homeowner" box when you enter those numbers.
