First make sure it's not ending up in your email's spam/junk folder. So check there.
If that's not it, then you may be able to verify it in your Intuit Account settings. Or if you want to change your notification email address, you can also do it there.
I assume you are referring to a verification email that your taxes have been successfully filed. You can log back into TurboTax and check your filing status directly. It should show “Accepted,” “Rejected,” or “Pending” in your Tax Home.
