we habve no access to your return

ask your wife for a/c info

if she filed joint without your permission that's a crime

but you can register at IRS website to get transcript or copy of return

if she filed married filing separate that's completely legal and about the only thing she should tell you is whether she itemized or took standard deduction.  when MFS both must use same method.
