My state won't load

Completed federal taxes but state won't load.  Get message to update and everything is current but still won't load.

You can contact TurboTax support for help with this. They are open weekdays from 5 AM to 5 PM Pacific time.

I purchased the 2021 Premier TurboTax download for Windows, everything working fine as in 2019 & 2020, but the State of Maine return will not load when I hit start.  Keeps saying everything is up to date, but continues through the same cycle of saving federal return, saying state is up to date, but will not start the State tax return.

Try deleting your browser's cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding  How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work, try using a different browser all together.
