Need to file my taxes and unable to e-file with turbotax because I don't have the taxable income from 2020, My state requires that I e-file?

I'm only familiar with Illinois, which you can go on their website and create a log in and get your AGI

A lot of people are under the impression that their state mandates them to e-file, when that's usually not actually the case.

There are typically e-file mandates that relate to paid preparers, but generally not to individuals.
