My IP PIN starts with a zero and turbo tax keeps deleting the zero

The Identity Protection (IP) Pin field will take 6 digits, 0-9.  Make sure you are using the number 0 and not the letter O.  Also, make sure that you are not trying to enter your 6-digit IP pin into the 5-digit Self-Select pin field.  These are 2 different pins that are entered into different spots in the program.  

To make sure you are in the correct spot, type ip pin in the search bar up top and click on the Jump to ip pin link in the search results.
